This class is designed for those new to exercise, baby boomers, and higher functioning seniors! First half hour is dance style low impact aerobics set to popular and motivating music. Second half hour is resistance training using balls, dumbbells, and elastic handled tubing to improve muscular strength, endurance, bone density and flexibility!
